White Pimento Cheese Dip
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 T. dijon mustard
  • 2 oz. sliced pimentos, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and taste to adjust for salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to marinate together, but serve room temperature.
